Please complete the appointment request form, and a Patient Coordinator will contact you within 24 hours to complete the appointment scheduling.

 

Our practice offers exceptional eye care for all your eye care needs. Our patients are seen by appointment, and offer same day appointments in most cases.

 

When scheduling an eye examination, please be aware your eyes may be dilated during the appointment. Dilation may cause you to experience glare, some sensitivity to light and some blurring of your near vision and may affect your ability to drive. If you are uncomfortable about this, arrange for someone to come along with you to drive you home.

 

As a courtesy to other patients and our staff, please inform our office at least 24 hours before your appointment if you must cancel or reschedule.
